1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Kia (“Phil Gilbert Kia”) of 652 Parramatta Road Croydon NSW 2132.
2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Friday 21st May 2021 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 23rd May 2021.
3. To be eligible, the guest must purchase a new Kia vehicle (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert Kia stock vehicles between 8.30 a.m. on Friday 21st May 2021 and 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 23rd May 2021 and take delivery of the Vehicle not later than 5.30 p.m. on Monday 31st May 2021 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Kia Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian resident, private guests aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business guests, except for nominated small business guests of Phil Gilbert Kia. Government, Rental, Fleet, and Not For Profit vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply;
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;
6. Each eligible guest will receive free their scheduled Kia Capped Price Services (excluding intermediate services) for a period of 3 years or 45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles#), whichever is earlier as follows;
   a.      for all vehicles, other than Stinger, Optima Turbo, Cerato Turbo and Picanto Turbo, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   b.      for Stinger, Optima Turbo, Cerato Turbo  and Picanto Turbo, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services.#
7. Kia Capped Price Servicing Services means the Scheduled Maintenance Services recommended by the manufacturer and specified in the Vehicle’s Service & Warranty Manual, excluding intermediate services.
8. The free Kia Capped Price Servicing Services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Kia Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Kia Guest Experience Centre.

Please note that these terms and conditions include service windows for each Scheduled Maintenance Service. Lapsed services will not be covered under this offer.

11. This offer is not transferable with the Vehicle if it is sold prior to the expiration of 3 years/45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles#) whichever is earlier.

1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Kia Croydon, (“Phil Gilbert Kia”) of 652 Parramatta Road Croydon NSW 2132.
2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Friday 21st May 2021 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 23rd May 2021.
3. To be eligible, the guest must:
   a.      purchase a new Kia vehicle (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert Kia stock vehicles between 8.30 a.m. on Friday 21st May 2021 and 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 23rd May 2021;
   b.      During purchase negotiations, offer one only used vehicle as a trade in vehicle in part payment for the purchase of the new Vehicle (the “Trade in Vehicle”);
   c.      take delivery of the Vehicle not later than 5.30 p.m. on Monday 31st May 2021 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Kia Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian residents, private guests aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business guests, except for nominated small business guests of Phil Gilbert Kia. Government, Rental, Fleet, and Not For Profit vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply;
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;
6. Each eligible guest will receive a minimum offer of $3000 for one Trade in Vehicle subject to the following;
   a.      The Trade in Vehicle must be registered in the eligible guest’s name (or one of them when two or more guests are purchasing a Vehicle);
   b.      All trade-in vehicles must have at least 45 days of registration remaining as at 21st May 2021;
   c.      All trade-ins must be drivable in the opinion of the dealer at the time of valuation and registered to purchasing guest; and
   d.      All other terms and conditions relating to Trade in Vehicles, as set out in the purchase contract continue to apply.
