#Phil Gilbert Kia “3 years / 45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles#) Free Scheduled Servicing” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Kia (“Phil Gilbert Kia”) of 652 Parramatta Road Croydon NSW 2132.
2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Thursday 1st February 2024 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 31st March 2024. (the “Offer Period”).
3. To be eligible, the guest must
   a. Make their initial enquiry to purchase a new Kia vehicle from Phil Gilbert Kia during the Offer Period by submitting an enquiry via a lead form accessed from a Phil Gilbert Kia Facebook ad. No other lead source will trigger eligibility; and
   b. Live in Phil Gilbert Kia's Prime Market Area (PMA) as listed in Schedule 1. Evidence of the guest’s residential address will be taken from their current driver’s licence and referred to in the purchase contract as the guest’s address; and
   c. Purchase a new Kia vehicle (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert Kia stock vehicles between Thursday 1st February 2024 and 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 31st March 2024 and take delivery of the Vehicle no later than 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday 30th April 2024 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Kia Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian resident, private guests aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business guests, except for nominated small business guests of Phil Gilbert Kia. Government, Rental, Fleet, and Not For Profit vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply;
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;
6. Each eligible customer will receive free their scheduled Kia Capped Price Services (excluding intermediate services) for a period of 3 years or 45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles), whichever is earlier as follows:
   1. for all vehicles, other than Cerato Turbo, Stonic Turbo, Seltos Turbo, and Sportage 1.6lt turbo petrol this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   2. for Cerato Turbo and Stonic Turbo, Seltos Turbo, and Sportage 1.6lt turbo petrol this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services.
7. Kia Capped Price Servicing Services means the Scheduled Maintenance Services recommended by the manufacturer and specified in the Vehicle’s Service & Warranty Manual, excluding intermediate services.
8. The free Kia Capped Price Servicing Services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Kia Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Kia Guest Experience Centre.
9. The Kia Capped Price Servicing Program terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at https://www.kia.com/au/owners/capped-price-service.html. Please note that these terms and conditions include service windows for each Scheduled Maintenance Service. Lapsed services will not be covered under this offer.
10. This offer is not redeemable for cash.
11. This offer is not transferable with the Vehicle if it is sold prior to the expiration of 3 years/45,000kms (or 3 years/30,000 kms for selected vehicles) whichever is earlier.
